Regarding Refunds and Exchanges of Starship Universe NFTs
Over the past several weeks, the Exodus development teams have been working around the clock, building, and fine-tuning every detail of the Exodus project. The entire team has been going crazy with excitement as the anticipated launch date of Exodus: Our Universe is finally within sight! We are beyond eager to share with the entire world our creation, an unrivaled metaverse experience!
Unfortunately, another project has launched a smear campaign against several key management team members. To further fuel their initiative, those behind it have even promised financial compensation to those willing to join their initiative blindly.
Their vicious assault hit our team both professionally and personally. There have been claims made that Tymor and Brandon are responsible for the recent theft of the Kyanite liquidity pool, suggesting that these stolen funds would be used to fulfill promised refunds.
As you can imagine, we were angry and devastated to learn of these allegations. We had to fight the strong urge to return fire in defense of our teammates immediately.
We immediately reached out to our legal team for guidance on a strategic response plan that will allow us to continue to move towards our goal of becoming a strong leader in the world of blockchain gaming.
We have received many inquiries regarding our expected launch timeline, including refunds and exchanging of Starship Universe NFTs for similar assets that can be used in Exodus: Our Universe.
Due to the sensitive nature of the aforementioned (false) allegations and inflammatory attacks-we felt that any hopes of celebrating this achievement would have been overshadowed by a thick fog of negativity caused by these attacks. Our focus and energy needed to be on answering questions, working with players who might need assistance with NFT exchanges, and working out any first-day/week kinks. Not only did we want to be here to offer support, but you deserved our focus. This caused a slight delay in our launch plans.
We apologize for any inconvenience the delays have caused; we will investigate and pursue all legal options to end these malicious attacks. We are confident that we will reach a quick resolution by maintaining integrity and decency.
There has not been any formal action brought against Tymor, Brandon or the Exodus project and there is no indication that there will be. However, we want to assure you any legal proceedings will not affect the product as it is being launched.
